Dr. Anant Satyam Nigam (Co-Founder/Co-Trustee/Managing Trustee)

Anant Satyam Nigam is the Co-Founder & Guiding light of SWATI SATYAM RISING FOUNDATION and is equipped with his years of experience in Corporate, Education, Legislation, Media, Journalism, Social Activism and CSR Consultancy. He has closely worked with different Corporate, Educational and Legislative outfits and has been associated with various intellectuals from the field of Politics, Bureaucrats, Corporate, Educational, Legislation, Journalism, and other Social Activists alike.

Anant aims to eliminate the roadblocks to the social and economic development of the less advantaged section of the society worldwide and remove the social divide by providing them the access to resources and facilities. He leads the planning and execution of social activities of the SWATI SATYAM RISING FOUNDATION. SSRF has won several awards and recognition for its initiatives under his able guidance and direction.

Dr. Swati Gaur Nigam (Settlor/Founder Trustee)

A spirited & motivated philanthropist and social activist, is a Founder of SWATI SATYAM RISING FOUNDATION and an educationist by profession. She is instrumental in galvanizing support for the organization & its campaigns by gathering the army of Volunteers and managing them for and during various social activities that the SWATI SATYAM RISING FOUNDATION undertakes every now & then. She has been a dedicated campaigner of Women & Child rights throughout her career so far.

Mr. Nand Kumar Mishra (Legal Advisor/Expert)

Mr. N. K. Mishra serves as a trusted Legal Advisor for SSR FOUNDATION - TRUST. With expertise in non-profit law, charity regulations, compliance, provides invaluable guidance to the Board of Trustees on legal matters, ensuring the Trust operates within legal parameters and upholds its mission. As a dedicated Legal Expert for the Trust, committed to safeguarding our charitable mission through a panel of sound legal counsels. Drawing on a strong background in relevant, versatile experience with multiple specializations, he provides strategic guidance on compliance, governance, contracts, and risk management, allowing our organization to focus on making a positive impact. Mr. Mishra brings extensive legal expertise with a focus on Charity Laws, FCRA Compliance Norms, Tax-Exempt Status, Contract Laws, he provides comprehensive support to the Board of Trustees. His guidance is essential for ensuring compliance with regulations, protecting the Trust's assets, and navigating complex legal matters effectively. His Litigatory Expertise with 32 years of experience in the relevant fields of law. He possesses deep knowledge of charity governance, regulatory compliances and needful legal documentations and his expertise ensures the Trust adheres to all relevant legal requirements and maintains its integrity.

Mr. Shailesh Kumar Bhalla (ITeS Advisor/Expert)

Shailesh has 19+ years of experience spanning technology, web development, management consulting, and philanthropy advisory. He worked with various world-wide multinationals, before he began his social sector journey at SSR Foundation, initially as a volunteer in 2019, and later joining as full-time support in 2024, apart from his other regular profession. Shailesh led SSR Foundation as ITES Advisor since 2019 and currently supports fulltime as the ITES Advisor cum Expert.
